For anyone looking for federal funding for technology projects, US Chief Technology Officer Aneesh Chopra has this advice: Apply, even if your idea doesn’t seamlessly fit into a federal program’s specifications.
“Great ideas get funded regardless of rules,” said Chopra this past Friday, following a presentation at The City Club of Cleveland. He was speaking before a full house of local organizations that included nonprofits, schools, and health care companies.
