National Interest Security Company, LLC has brought on two new team members to expand its intelligence, defense and homeland security services. Thomas Behling, former Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence, and Francis C. “Luke” Lukenbill, a former National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) Major Program Manager will be joining NISC.
Behling is now NISC’s senior vice president of mission services. Behling will focus on intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance strategic capabilities for a-symmetric warfare. Renowned space program expert, Behling most recently was staff director of the “Kerr Panel” report about overhead systems.
Lukenbill is NISC’s new vice president of mission services, focusing on global communication and intelligence programs. Lukenbill is former director of the Space Systems Group, and former deputy commander of the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command , Space Field Activity program.
