Theodore Chopin is executive vice president and chief operations officer at CALIBRE. His responsibilities include providing leadership on the sales and delivery plans and business functions of the company’s operational elements and one wholly owned subsidiary.
Chopin came to CALIBRE in 2000 and joined the company as vice president of installation and land management. He established himself as an expert on sustainable range management and other facility-management support to the U.S. Army and other agencies.
Before joining CALIBRE, Chopin served for 30 years as an officer in the U.S. Army in various command and staff positions. Key assignments include the headquarters and the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command.
Chopin holds a bachelor’s degree in management from Georgia State University, and a master’s degree in systems management from the University of Southern California.
