Michael Plymack is senior vice president of strategic programs at Serco Inc. He is responsible for leading the planning and development of programs to support the strategic growth of the company into new business initiatives including the healthcare sector and he plays a key role in merger and acquisition activities. He also oversees the corporate Program Management Office and mission assurance functions.
Plymack brings to Serco more than 30 years of public sector and commercial experience in the areas of business solutions development, IT sales and services, and business operations. Most recently, he served as senior vice president and general manager of the health solutions division at Vangent, Inc. Prior to this assignment, he was president of health and human services systems at MAXIMUS, Inc and earlier, vice president and public sector practice leader for IBM Global Services.
Plymack graduated from Cornell University with a bachelor’s degree in chemistry.
