Greg Deabler supports sales to clients and provides industry knowledge for HP’s Global Government Industry. He has led many business and technology alignment initiatives for international clients, contributed to professional publications, and spoken about supply-chain management at industry conferences.
Before his current position, Deabler was director in the Transformation Services practice and led the creation of EDS’ Trade Optimization Services and radio frequency identification offerings. He also has provided overall project leadership on several IT projects involving client operations.
Prior to HP, Deabler worked at A.T. Kearney and Ernst & Young, where he led e-commerce initiatives at one of the consumer and retail industry’s global online exchanges, large-scale procurement modernization at a Fortune 100 firm, and participated in post-merger integration and lean supply-chain projects at aerospace and defense and transportation clients.
Deabler began his career as an officer in the U.S. Air Force, where he led systems engineering and manufacturing efforts on aerospace programs.
Deabler has bachelor’s degree in industrial management engineering from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a master’s degree in industrial engineering from North Carolina State University.
