Robert Clerman serves as Vice President for Corporate Mission Development at Noblis. As such, it is his responsibility to design and implement new strategies for Nobils, a science, technology, and strategy organization.
Clerman has over thirty years of experience in management and leadership positions. Before Noblis, Clerman generated teams to analyze environmental systems and technologies and design automated information structures. His work helped establish the first national Center for Environmental Excellence. He also assisted with programs supporting the Food and Drug Administration, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and numerous other federal agencies.
His extensive knowledge in the fields of science, technology, and management result from strong experience and education. Clerman earned his bachelor’s degree in biology from The State University of New York at Fredonia. He received two master’s degrees, one in environmental science from the University of Virginia and the other in computer science from Johns Hopkins University. Clerman also completed the Executive Management Program at the Pennsylvania State University Graduate Business School.
