Brian Clark is executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer for Stanley, Inc. He also is on the Employee Stock Ownership Program, 401(k) Plan, and Sarbanes-Oxley Steering Committees. In this position, Clark oversees and participates in the financial operations, executive compensation structure, regulatory issues and mergers and acquisitions.
Before joining Stanley in 2006, Clark was VP, corporate controller and principal accounting officer with Titan Corporation. While there, Clark assisted in the jump of the company’s revenues from $1.1 billion to $2.2 billion. During his time at Titan, Clark also previously held the position as VP of sStrategic transactions.
Prior to Titan, Clark was senior manager of assurance and business advisory services for Arthur Andersen LLP. While with this company, Clark was involved in more than 25 merger and acquisition programs. Before this, he was an accountant for Deloitte & Touche LLP.
Clark earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Virginia Tech.
