David Cradlin is group vice president of enterprise technologies for HPTi, Inc. In this position, he is responsible for IT modernization and management consulting, enterprise architecture, capital planning and systems engineering for the company’s health science and solutions and homeland security practices.
Before this position, Cradlin served as practice lead for HPTi’s health science and solutions practice. As such, he oversaw a team to deliver enterprise architecture, project and program management support, earned value and capital planning expertise at the executive level for the Federal Drug Administration and Veterans Affairs.
Cradlin is a certified project management professional through the Project Management Institute.
He earned his B.S. degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Maryland.
