Mary Good is senior vice president of human resources for SRA International. In this position, Good oversees the company’s strategic direction for employee relations, work/life balance programs, compensation and benefits, recruiting, training and development while promoting SRA’s core values.
Before joining SRA, Good was SVP of human resources and facilities for Blackboard, Inc., an educational software company. During this time, she was responsible for the company’s HR initiatives related to acquisition and international expansion, and developed leadership and succession programs.
Earlier, Good spent 15 years with American Management Systems, where she led strategic projects like a global employee relations program and innovative work/life programs.
Good serves on the boards of several nonprofit organizations and is a founding member of the Penn State’s Women’s Leadership initiative. She was once a commissioner with the Human Rights Commission of Arlington, Va.
Good earned her bachelor’s degree in human development and family studies from Pennsylvania State University and a master’s in business administration in concentration in human resources management from Syracuse University.
