Lanny Bernier is president of USIS’ Training and Law Enforcement Division. He is responsible for profit and loss management of a $36 million portfolio of international training and consulting contracts.
Since 2008, Bernier served as vice president of the USIS Defense Training Group, where he was responsible for strategic development of teaming partners and win strategies for key governmental pursuits with significant revenue impact. He was closely involved in business development and capture management throughout USIS’ Security Solutions Division. From 2004 to 2006, he was USIS’ director of operations in the Operations and Training Solutions Group, and managed administrative, logistics, and management support for training facilities responsible for U.S. anti-terrorism initiatives, both domestically and overseas.
Bernier’s previous experience includes many years of overseas assignments as a special agent at U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Diplomatic Security.
Bernier holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from American University, and a Master of Public Administration degree from Georgia Southern University.
