Maggie Bauer serves as HPTi‘s group vice president for enterprise technologies. Her duties include the overall general management and development of the company’s enterprise technologies group.
Bauer’s career in various federal markets, including healthcare and civilian agency IT, spans 22 years. She previously worked on important national programs in the healthcare market and holds an impressive track record in executive management, business expansion, and mentoring future leaders.
Before her current position at HPTi, Bauer worked in the Federal Civilian Division at Dell Perot Systems Government Services a senior vice president. There, she was in charge of 400 professionals and managed $100 million in revenue. Bauer’s prior experience also includes executing growth strategies and capture management in the civilian IT market at QSS Group and operations management at ACS and CDSI.
Bauer holds certifications in project management from the Project Management Institute and is ITIL certified. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Long Island University and holds a master’s degree in organizational development from the Johns Hopkins University.
