Maj. Gen. Stephen Miller Joins Alion
Maj. Gen. Stephen Miller
Alion Science and Technology announced the hiring of Maj. Gen. Stephen Miller as vice president and manager of the company’s management and decision support operation.
Miller’s job will entail supporting current customers and expanding Alion’s capabilities into evolving markets, including cyber warfare and decision support. Prior to Alion, Miller was the commander of the LeMay Center.
“The unique requirements of today’s warfighters have evolved over the past several years, to where a thorough understanding of the importance of doctrine and the skill sets required in the cyber environment are critical for success,” said retired Rear Adm. Richard Brooks, who serves as Alion’s senior vice president and manager of the distributed simulation group. “Steve’s vast experience and insights gained as a leader in these vitally important areas will significantly help the Alion team fully support our customer base and ensure our forces are fully prepared for any and all challenges.”
