NCI announced this week Philip O. Nolan’s appointment to its board of directors.
Nolan served as chairman, president and chief executive officer of Stanley, Inc, and is credited with Stanley’s placement on FORTUNE magazine’s “100 Best Companies to Work For” list from 2007 to 2010. Stanley also ranked seventh on Forbes’ 2008 list of “America’s 200 Best Small Companies.”
