Accenture Announces Agreement with Largest European Retail Banking Conglomerate

Accenture has announced its agreement with CEDICAM, a subsidiary of one of the largest European retail banking conglomerates the Credit Agricole Group.

The terms of the agreement state Accenture will develop an IT platform for CEDICAM. The IT platform will allow for an easier collection process of European payments as required by the European Commission and the French regulator.

CEDICAM’s new payment processing platform will make simple electronic payments more simple and flexible for its clients. Accenture has been working with Credit Agricole Group since 2007, helping to modernize its payment operations and systems.
