Knowledge Consulting Group announced today it has appointed Christopher S. Oglesby as senior vice president of business development for the cybersecurity services corporation. Oglesby’s new role will require him to be in charge of all marketing, business development and sales activities for KCG, expanding the company’s role as a trusted adviser to government in protecting information assets and networks via a breadth and depth of cybersecurity services. He will also be responsible for building KCG’s business advisory services practice, a portfolio of services designed to help organizations in the government market achieve optimal results through effective organizational change and business transformation.

Oglesby’s previous positions include serving as chief business developer officer for Policy Studies, Inc, where he was responsible for all business development and sales activities within the company. He has also held multiple leadership positions with EDS, an HP company, which focused on the homeland security, defense and civilian marketplaces.
