Prior to joining Dell, Eleanor held positions of increasing responsibility in consulting and IT solutions fields. She served as head of the intelligence practice for IBM, where she integrated software, hardware and consulting services into a thriving solutions-based business.
Eleanor earned degrees in liberal arts and foreign languages from Virginia Tech and often reflects on this foundation for building successful strong relationships as a part of her leadership style.
