Altegrity announced today Dixon Gould has been named vice president of infrastructure and will lead the company’s IT Shared Services Group. His responsibilities will include overseeing the development and implementation of the corporation’s IT infrastructure strategy and architecture, service delivery standards and operational procedures.
“Dixon has more than 25 years experience in implementing and supporting global enterprise level applications and technology,” said Altegrity CIO Glenn Pinnel. “He will be a tremendous addition to the Altegrity IT team.”
According to Altegrity, Gould previously served as director of global technology services at ADC Telecommunications. While there, he significantly improved service desk processes, built a global network and led an ambitious virtualization effort.
He will be based in Eden Prairie, Minn., and report directly to Pinnel.
