Kroll Ontrack recently introduced an online classroom for the E-Discovery Training Program. The program provides law students, attorneys and legal professionals educational discussions, trends, challenges and case law pertaining to electronic evidence.
“E-Discovery education serves as the survival guide to modern litigation and is an absolute necessity for law students, attorneys and anyone with discovery responsibilities,” said Kelly Kubacki, staff attorney for Kroll Ontrack.
The program was developed on a three-credit course on e-discovery taught by its creator Ralph Losey at the University of Florida. It includes 62 online virtual classes taught by Losey, industry experts and leading judges.
