Northrop Grumman Appoints Prabu Natarajan VP of its Tax Division; VP and CFO James F. Palmer Comments
Northrop Grumman has announced today the appointment of Prabu Natarajan as the firm’s vice president of its Tax division. Natarajan’s responsibilities include implementation of tax strategies, research of complex tax issues, analysis of tax legislation and provision of tax-consulting services to the company’s business sectors.
“I am pleased to welcome Prabu Natarajan to the Northrop Grumman Business Management leadership team,” said James F. Palmer, Northrop Grumman’s corporate vice president and chief financial officer. Palmer added he looks forward to Natarajan’s contribution to the firm’s performance and that his experience will serve him well at the company.
Prior to joining Northrop Grumman, Natarajan served as vice president of Taxes at the AES Corporation, he also worked as the firm’s international tax manager and director. He also served as a senior manager for PricewaterhouseCoopers Global Tax Optimization Planning team.
