Booz Allen Hamilton has conducted its annual strategic evaluation of executive leadership and has announced several personnel moves.
The company said it conducts the review to ensure the proper executives are aligned with the changing needs of its client base.
The company appointed executive vice president Richard Willhelm to lead the intelligence market, filling the position John McConnell left open when he was promoted to company vice chairman and head of cyber development.
Senior Vice President Karen Dahut will join the firm’s senior leadership team as she replaces Wilhelm as head of the firm’s analytics capabilities.
The leadership team will also have a new chief personnel officer, as the company announced that Senior Vice President Betty Thompson will fill that role.
Booz Allen indicated that there will be more leadership moves to come as they continue their strategic realignment process.
