Bell leads the team responsible for facilitating and driving the unit’s decisions on business strategy, adjacent market efforts, competitive assessments, mergers and acquisitions, and business capture activities.
Prior to this position, Bell was vice president of business development for Boeing’s military aircraft business, part of BDS. He oversaw all aspects of strategy, sales, and customer relations for the organization.
Before joining BMA, Bell was he was vice president of business development for global services and support at BDS’ logistics, training, and services business unit. He joined Boeing in 1988.
Prior to Boeing, Bell worked for Lockheed Martin in New Orleans.
Bell holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology and business from Louisiana State University. He also holds an M.B.A. from the Florida Institute of Technology, concentrated in international contracts.
