SRA International has today announced it has sold its contract research organization, SRA Global Clinical Development, to Aptiv Solutions Inc. Aptiv is a global biopharmaceutical and medical device development services company.
“We believe the GCD business, as part of Aptiv Solutions, has greater opportunity to pursue a wider range of initiatives that align with its mission,” said Bill Ballhaus, SRA president and chief executive officer.
