ASRC Federal has named Paul Dillahay as chief operating officer, a newly created post according to a company release. In his new role, Dillahay will oversee both the company’s subsidiaries and the company’s shared services center.
“Paul Dillahay is a seasoned executive with a proven track record of driving organizational success, and he will help the ASRC Federal family of companies continue to optimize the service we provide to our customers and partners,” said Ken Asbury, ASRC Federal’s president and CEO.
Prior to joining ASRC Federal, Dillahay was president and COO of USIS, where he managed the company’s financial, operational and sales performance. He also spent seven years at Lockheed Martin working in finance and operations.
At Lockheed, Dillahay was responsible for implementing growth and leadership initiatives and led a broad business line that supported the defense and intelligence community, according to ASRC Federal. He also worked at General Electric in senior positions managing financial planning and analysis.
