CH2M HILL‘s Ben Redmond has been re-elected for his tenth consecutive term to the National Association of Ordnance Explosives Waste Contractors Board of Directors for 2012.
Redmond is the president emeritus of the NAOC organization and was one of the original co-founders. Established in 1995, the organization aims to represent and promote public and member interests for munitions and explosives of concern. The company release says it is the “voice for munitions response contractors.”
Redmond has been a part of the MR industry for some 35 years. He served 22 years in the military services as well. He has made multiple testimonies before subcommittees on Veterans Affairs and Military Construction on the behalf of NAOC. Additionally, Redmond has was recognized in 2009 with the Lifetime Leadership award for his commitment to the military MR industry.
