As company vice president and chief ethics and compliance officer, he will report to William Dechelman, CSC vice president and general counsel, as well as the comapny’s audit committee and board of directors.
DePippo will be responsible for CSC’s global ethics and compliance program including employee ethics, conduct policies and compliance training, operation the ethics hotline, program monitoring, risk assessment and management reporting.
Michael Laphen, CSC chairman, president and CEO, indicated that both the board and himself “are confident [DePippo] will provide extraordinary leadership as we continue to strengthen our commitment to building and maintaining a culture of integrity throughout CSC.”
DePippo has been a part of CSC since 2008 and has held various positions with Fortune 500 companies, according to CSC. He earned his bachelor’s from Cornell University and his MBA from George Washington University.
