Reagan leads Deloitte’s federal solutions group segment and its federal cybersecurity team. The company says his 25 years of experience includes managing enterprise security, technology and fraud and risk management for the financial, commercial and public sectors in more than 20 countries worldwide.
Reagan has worked with several agencies on security operations and program management, including all four branches of the U.S. military and the Joint Chiefs of Staff; the departments of Agriculture, Health and Human Services and Homeland Security; the Census Bureau; the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency; the Defense Information Systems Agency; the Defense Intelligence Agency; the FBI; NASA; the National Security Agency; and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Reagan’s commercial and international experience includes work with Bank of America, China Construction Bank, Citibank, eBay, Merrill Lynch, Microsoft, Pfizer, Wachovia, Wells Fargo, the World Bank and the Inter-American Development Bank.
Reagan also had engagements with the governments of Canada, France, Ireland, Jordan, Saudi Arabia and the U.K.

Reagan is a doctoral candidate in organizational leadership at Shenandoah University. He graduated from the The University of the State of New York with a bachelor’s degree in sociology and holds a master’s degree in management information systems from Bowie State University.
Reagan also has graduated from the NSA’s National Cryptologic School; an advanced Korean language studies program at Yonsei University in Seoul, South Korea; Vanderbilt University’s Graduate School of Banking Technology and Operations; Harvard Law School’s Program on Negotiation for Senior Executives; and Harvard Business School’s New Market Growth Innovation Workshop.
Reagan serves on the professional faculty at Johns Hopkins University’s Carey Business School and guest lectures on innovation and solutions development at Harvard University, Northwestern University and the University of South Carolina.
Reagan is a certified information security manager, designated by the Information Systems Audit and Control Association.
