Leif Ulstrup is president of the consulting practice for Computer Sciences Corp.’s North American public sector.
CSC’s federal consulting practice provides management and technology consulting services that include strategic planning, change management, process improvement, service-oriented architecture, cloud computing, data management and analytics, enterprise resource planning, healthcare and logistics.
Prior to joining CSC, Ulstrup was a principal with Deloitte Consulting LLP, vice president of of Touchstone Consulting Inc.’s defense and intelligence business unit and a vice president at American Management Systems. He started his career as a software engineer at TRW.
Ulstrup is a graduate of both the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the Harvard Business School’s general manager program. He is a member of the alumni advisory council for MIT’s Engineering Systems Division and the information technology executive council of American University’s Kogod School of Business.
