SRA said Reing will direct the company’s strategies for employee relations, recruitment, development and managing work and life balance programs. He will also handle the company’s philanthropic community outreach program.
Reing will report to SRA President and CEO Bill Ballhaus.
“He is a highly accomplished HR expert who possesses a strong track record of success and in-depth knowledge of our industry,” Ballhaus said. “He is also an ideal fit with SRA’s culture and values of honesty and service.”
Prior to joining SRA, Reing worked in many HR positions at BAE Systems for eight years. His most recent position was vice president of human resources and administration for BAE’s support solutions sector.
