CGI Moving Nuclear Commission’s Finance System to Cloud

| |

CGI Federal has won a $21.28 million contract to transition the Nuclear Regulatory Commission‘s financial and accounting systems to CGI’s cloud computing infrastructure.

CGI said it will host NRC’s financial accounting integrated management information systems on the company’s cloud.

CGI will also provide end-to-end application support including:

  • help desk
  • maintenance
  • systems analysis
  • training

Toni Townes-Whitley, a CGI senior vice president, said the company previously helped the NRC replace a dozen legacy financial systems with one integrated, enterprise-wide system and streamlining processes.

CGI’s cloud provides the company’s federal clients with a shared infrastructure.
