Michael Isman is a vice president at Booz Allen Hamilton, where he leads the company’s business supporting agencies such as the General Services Administration, Office of Personnel Management, Executive Office of the President, Congress and the National Archives and Records Administration.
He is also a senior leader in the company’s technology business and strategic technology and innovation center. Isman presents to customers the company’s offerings in information technology strategy and strategic planning, IT portfolio and demand management and IT governance. He also details services for capital planning, investment control, cloud computing, program management and service-oriented architecture, among other areas.

Customers collaborate with him on delivery of federal lines of business, human resource services, acquisition solutions, investment decision solutions, records management and support for federal policy implementation across many topics.
He speaks on panels and has been interviewed on technology topics and the company’s service offerings. Prior to joining Booz Allen, he was a senior manager and subject matter expert at CGI, Bankers Trust, and Kwasha Lipton.
He holds an M.B.A. from NYU’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering from Duke University.
