Kevin Jackson, NJVC’s vice president and general manager for cloud services, will present at the Public Sector Cloud Summit Monday in Reston, Va.
The company said he will discuss how to use cloud computing technologies for geospatial interoperability.
He is also chairman of the Network Centric Operations Industry Consortium‘s cloud computing working group.
The company said he will discuss a demonstration conducted by the consortium’s geospatial task team.
The group’s focus is on using the platform-as-a-service computing layer.
The company said international public sector cloud leaders will exchange information on prioritized necessities, existing projects and future plans at the summit.
Cloud providers and development groups will discuss the progress of prioritized requirements.
