Carahsoft, IKANOW Bringing Open Source Tools to Public Sector; Chris Morgan Comments

Carahsoft Technology Corp. has entered a partnership to market IKANOW’s Infinite.e knowledge discovery tool and data platform to the public sector, the companies announced Thursday.

Carahsoft will render sales and marketing to offer Infinit.e to government customers and reseller partners.

IKANOW Chief Technology Officer Chris Morgan said Defense Department and intelligence community analysts can use the tool to prioritize information.

Infinite.e uses a browser-like interface and algorithms to automatically extract, analyze and map unstructured and structured data.

The cloud-based analytic platform is also designed for plug-and-play, adding data sources, extraction engines and visualization widgets to suit the platform to any analytic domain.

Carahsoft also recently partnered with Silvertail Systems  to expand its cybersecurity solution business.
