The company said the 79,000-square foot facility will house all of the company’s Washington area corporate employees and employees that work with government customers on-site.

IAI was founded in 1999 and moved into its previous headquarters at Parkstone Drive, also in Chantilly, in 2000.

Nationwide, the engineering and software services provider has close to 500 employees.

The Mission Ridge One campus has a 9,004 square-foot conference center for up to 207 sitting attendees or 120 at training tables, a technology center and a fitness center.

Citizant, another Chantilly-based contractor, is expanding its headquarters at Parkstone Drive to include new business development and program delivery employees.
