Chris Miller currently serves as president of CH2M Hill’s government facilities and infrastructure business group, where he manages the facility and infrastructure solutions and operations.
Prior to joining CH2M, Miller worked at Jacobs Engineering‘s federal operations client group as director of business development.
Before Jacobs, he spent time at Montgomery Watson Harza as business development director and program manager for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Louisville district TERC program and as Air Force global client service manager.
Miller is a U.S. Air Force veteran where he served from 1989 to 1995, retiring as an integrated product team leader for human elements for various weapons systems where he worked to improve pilot performance in high gravity environments.
He also served as the western division program manager for all Air Force base relocation and closure locations in California and Arizona.
Additional responsibilities at CH2M include sitting on the Enterprise Business Development Executive Steering Committee, the Enterprise Early Risk Review Evaluation Board for program management and consulting opportunities and serves as the GEN Division representative on the Enterprise Business Development Excellence Team.
Miller is a graduate of both the University of Louisville and the University of Texas San Antonio. He holds a master’s degree in civil engineering.
