CCSi, Foreground Security Win $30M to Support Medicare & Medicaid Services;David Amsler Comments

Creative Computing Solutions has won a $30 million contract to support a new data center for Medicare & Medicaid Services.

CCSi announced today it will support CMS’ eCloud through an estimated five-year period partnership with Foreground Security, a cybersecurity solutions company.

David Amsler, Foreground Security President and CIO, said the collaboration of the two companies will support CMS missions and efforts to expand technology programs and capabilities under the Affordable Care Act.

eCloud consolidates data center assets of CMS to provide centralized hosting and IT system oversight and management for timely and efficient health care delivery for beneficiaries.

The two companies will implement eCloud operation security management program to support the continuous monitoring, configuration, tuning, monitoring and oversee of CMS government furnished equipment.

In addition, the contract will allow CCSi and Foreground Security to help supplement current CMS security capabilities as they provide Security-as-a-Service to the agency.
