Intelligent Decisions Inc. has received Cisco’s channel customer satisfaction excellence award for the third straight year according to a company press release.
The award is the highest level of recognition that a Cisco partner can receive.
Harry Martin, Intelligent Decisions’ president and CEO, said that they are proud to be Cisco’s valued partner and to receive the channel customer satisfaction excellence award for the third time.
Martin added that Intelligent Decisions, together with Cisco, will work in providing clients with the highest level of customer service since it is the foundation of a business’ continued success.
According to Intelligent Decisions, the company received the award for accomplishing a satisfaction rating of 99% from Cisco’s customer feedback.
The award will be displayed inside Cisco’s partner locator tool as a way to differentiate Intelligent Decisions from competitors.
