Noblis Wins Spot on Navy Seaport Engineering IDIQ

Noblis Inc. will provide the U.S. Naval Sea Systems Command acquisition services and program management support, the company announced Tuesday.

NAVSEA awarded the company a position on the SeaPort-e indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract, where Noblis will compete for task orders in 21 out of 22 functional areas.

The company will also provide technical advisory services and systems engineering for all seven NAVSEA contract zones through April 4, 2014.

According to the company, the Navy uses Seaport-e to acquire support services in functional areas including engineering, financial management and program management via an electronic solicitation.

Noblis also works with the departments of Homeland Security and Labor; the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.

For NOAA, the company helps to acquire and manage the country’s environmental satellites and provides analysis services for ground systems.
