Victoria Zagaria serves as a Director within Intel’s federal business unit, responsible for the relationship between Intel and the Department of Health and Human Services.
In her directorial role, Ms. Zagaria is responsible for leading Intel’s support of identified DHHS policy and program initiatives in addition to providing technical advice and Intel subject matter expertise to DHHS Agencies and Operating Divisions.
Zagaria is also responsible for aligning Intel healthcare strategies and enterprise based technologies with program initiatives implemented by DHHS organizations and the supporting healthcare ecosystem.
In her role at Gartner, Ms. Zagaria served as a Director in Gartner’s public sector healthcare consulting practice, leading engagements with organizations such as the Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT, the Agency for Healthcare, Research and Quality, the Department of Defense’s Military Health System, and the US Navy Bureau of Medicine.
She held various management and client focused positions at Hewlett-Packard, leading teams in developing and implementing IT solutions for clients across multiple industry sectors.
Ms. Zagaria holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The College of St. Catherine, St. Paul, MN, and a Masters in Business Administration from The George Washington University, Washington, DC.
In addition, Ms. Zagaria has completed executive management coursework at The Ross School of Business, The University of Michigan, and is a certified project manager through the Project Management Institute.
