URS Corp. Gets IT Infrastructure Support Contract from FTC; Randy Wotring Comments

URS Corp. recently obtained a new contract to provide information technology services to the Federal Trade Commission, the company announced Thursday.

Randy Wotring, URS Federal Services president, said the company will continue to support the FTC through the award which represents another strategic program in URS’ managed network services portfolio.

The FTC has awarded URS the contract which addresses the commission’s need for IT infrastructure support.

To fulfill terms of agreement, URS will provide enterprise IT services involving end-user services, datacenter management, regional IT support, media team support and network management services.

Work will also include sustainment of process development, program management and IT security services as part of the ITISS.
