SOSi is an adviser and provider of technology solutions to Defense Department and other federal government customers.
Fulton has 34 years of experience in the DoD and Intelligence Community. In that time, he has a history of building and leading organizations in profit and loss management, strategic planning, business operations, sales management, business development/capture, project management, engineering, and technical consulting.
His career has been focused on U.S. government agencies in the intelligence community — ODNI, DIA, NRO, NSA, CIA, and NGA with senior level relationships across government and industry.
Prior to SOSi, Fulton was vice president of the national intelligence group for BAE Systems. His responsibilities included market lead and line of business manager for the U.S. government classified market providing mission-support engineering, solutions development, systems engineering/integration, technical operations, and training. He was also responsible for identifying and capturing strategic growth opportunities, as well as support to the strategic planning and merger and acquisition functions.
Prior to joining BAE Systems Fulton held senior level positions at Booz Allen Hamilton, Northrop Grumman/TASC for 14 years, and General Electric.
Fulton has a Bachelor’s of Electrical Engineering Technology from Northeastern University and a Masters of Science in Information Systems from George Washington University. He also has certification in strategy and leadership from Darden Business School and certification in General Management and Leadership from the Harvard Business School.
