Iron Bow said this designation recognizes its investment in its premium network operations center, which utilizes processes, practices and tools from the Information Technology Infrastructure Library.
The company uses those tools to support Cisco technologies during all stages of the lifecycle, including preparation, planning, design, implementation, operations and optimization.
“Technology needs and requirements shift rapidly and customers don’t always have the financial capacity or the skilled resources available to quickly adapt to these changes,” President and CEO Rene LaVigne said in a release. “We are committed to helping our customers solve their variable technology challenges.”
This certification adds to the company’s list of recognitions from Cisco including Cisco Gold Certified Partner, Cisco TelePresence Master Partner, Master Unified Communications Specialized Partner and the Cisco Cloud Builder Designation.
Iron Bow was also named the 2011 Cisco Federal Partner of the Year and recognized as the 2011 Cisco Civilian Services Partner of the Year.
Iron Bow’s managed services include collaboration, security, routing, switching, monitoring and support of customers’ information technology environments via remote managing systems.
