ManTech International has won a potential $16.5 million subcontract from A-P-T Research to provide risk assessments, inspections and evaluation analyses at NASA‘s Kennedy Space Center.
The cost-plus-award fee contract contains two base years and two option years.
Terry Ryan, president and chief operating officer of the emerging markets group, said in a release the company will work with the center’s safety and mission assurance directorate to process flight vehicles.
The company will also bring 15 years of experience in helping with the launch and testing phases.
The safety and mission assurance directorate is responsible for overseeing safety of KSC activities through the development, implementation and oversight of safety, reliability, maintainability and quality assurance policies and procedures.
