Kratos Defense & Security Solutions Inc. has won an $8 million order for specialized equipment related to a certain missile defense program, according to a company statement.
“A majority of Kratos’ business today is focused on specialized products, solutions and technology supporting mission critical national security programs in the areas of missile defense, electronic warfare, unmanned systems, aerial drones and satellite communications,” said Eric DeMarco, Kratos president and CEO.
The company is expected to design, engineer and manufacture specialized equipment in a secure Kratos manufacturing facility.
