Conference management firm Capital Consulting Corp. has won a contract to help agencies at the Department of Health and Human Services manage domestic and international meetings.
The Rockville, Md.-based consultant will provide the agencies with travel, writing and materials development services through its position on the National Institutes of Health‘s NIHCATSII indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity vehicle.
Barbara Singer, CCC vice president and program manager for NIHCATS II, told ExecutiveBiz all of the company’s staff will work on the contract award, as the business aims to leverage its contract position to meet institutes within NIH and other agencies within HHS it does not currently work with.
Singer said CCC’s existing clients can also use the vehicle to acquire services from the company.
The woman- and minority-owned, service-disabled veteran–owned small business was founded in 1986 and provides technical, scientific professional and administrative support to federal customers.
CCC also designs and develops databases, websites and technical and scientific publications, among other capabilities.
