Calvin Durgin serves as PAE Government Services Inc.‘s director of contracts and procurement for the governance and stability development business unit.
He is responsible for oversight and management of proposal development/pricing, contracts administration, as well as subcontract and procurement administration in excess of $250M a year.
Prior to PAE, Durgin was regional contracts manager at CH2M Hill, where he was responsible for oversight and administration of a wide range of contracts which included FEMA disaster response contracts, US Army Corps of Engineers construction contracts, the US Air Force and the US Army.
Durgin spent 5 years with CACI as a principle acquisition analyst, serving as a consultant contract specialist to the army corp of engineers in New Orleans, LA after hurricanes Katrina and Rita.
He was responsible for soliciting and administering numerous hurricane related clean up and monitoring contracts.
During his tenure at CACI, Durgin was selected to be the contract manager for the architect of the capitol responsible for solicitation and administration of all contract actions relating to the design and construction of the US Capitol Visitor Center.
He also spent 22 years in the US Air Force as a contracting officer serving in various CONUS and OCONUS locations including California, South Dakota, Hawaii, Germany, Japan, and Bosnia-Herzegovina. His responsibilities ranged from the procurement of small goods and services, complex services, construction/renovation, quality assurance and training.
Durgin received his B.S. from Wayland Baptist University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
