IBMlogoIBM will update information technology infrastructure for a company that provides cloud computing and enterprise resource planning services to small- and medium-sized businesses.

France-based Proginov chose IBM to help extend its IT infrastructure and continue helping the industry and retail sectors, IBM said.

“Supporting small and medium businesses remains a top priority for both Proginov and IBM,” said Alain Henry, vice president for IBM’s system and technology group.

IBM will provide Proginov its PureSystems platform for both ERP and software-as-a-service activities.

Proginov and IBM agreed to a finance arrangement, where payments will align with revenues generated from Proginov’s SaaS offerings.
