Endgame Inc. has named Niloofar Razi Howe chief strategy officer, according to a company statement.
Reporting directly to company CEO Nate Fick, Howe will work to define market and product strategy, including expanding Endgame’s footprint into the commercial sector.
She will also lead Endgame’s marketing, business development and corporate development efforts.
“Niloo’s deep knowledge of the security space and her management experience will ensure that Endgame continues to provide the most advanced solutions and comprehensive technology to our mission partners and key commercial customers,” Fick said.
Howe brings leadership experience and knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape to Endgame.
She spent 24 years working with and investing in companies in the technology sector, focusing on security technologies as well as in healthcare and media.
She previously spent nine years as managing director at Paladin Capital Group, where she will continue to serve as an operating partner.
She also worked at Zone Ventures as a consultant with McKinsey & Co. and as a lawyer with O’Melveny & Myers.
Howe graduated from Harvard Law School and Columbia University.
