Engility Corp. Wins $10M Naval IT and Engineering Services Contract

engilityEngility Corp. has won a $9.6 million modification contract to provide technical and engineering services to the U.S. Naval Air Systems Command Structures Division.

The Defense Department said Thursday that the modification exercises an option to a previously awarded indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract.

Engility will perform data analysis, information systems, and software functions of the structural appraisal of fatigue effects (SAFE) program.

Work will occur in Lexington Park, Md., and is estimated to complete in February 2014.

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division in Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.
