Kirchenbauer has led organization development and training, employee and labor relations, talen acquisition and security and compensation and benefits since 2003.

The company announced Thursday that Martha May will succeed Kirchenbauer on April 8 from her currently position as SVP and chief human resources officer at Bell Helicopter.
The more than 20-year human resources veteran holds a degree in speech communications from North Carolina State University and has previously helped lead corporate efforts in talent acquisition, compensation, organizational effectiveness and labor and employee relations, according to the announcement.
She will report to the office of the chief executive in her new role.
