The federal technology services contractor contractor will be among 68 companies to be honored at Diversity Communications‘ Alliance for Workplace Excellence luncheon on May 15 in Bethesda, Md., SRA said Monday.
“This recognition is particularly gratifying for all of us at SRA,” said Bill Ballhaus, president and CEO.
“Our employees are deeply committed to the work we do for our government customers,” Ballhaus said.
SRA will also receive the Health & Wellness Trailblazer, Ecoleadership and Diversity Champion awards at the ceremony.
John Reing, senior vice president of human resource, said that award recognizes the company’s health rewards, wellness programs and community outreach programs for its personnel.
An independent committee of business, psychology and human resource professionals evaluates potential awardees based on their activities to promote employee wellness and workplace diversity, inclusion and sustainability.
